Mapping the Way
Taking advantage of a migration from Drupal 7 to 10, the Mapping the Way team collaborated with Adrienne to revamp the site structure, optimizing sections and pages to accompany users on the next step of their journey. By transforming dead-ends into jumping off points for further engagement and aligning taxonomies used across the site, Adrienne created a dynamic and connected experience for users learning about the Yukon’s self-governing First Nations.

The goal? Ensuring citizens had just enough information to decide if the Planned Parenthood Direct app was right for them, moving them through the funnel to download. Adrienne crafted the straightforward information architecture and navigation, supported developing user flows to find available services by state and outlined an elegant content model to easily manage, publish and update information.
From leading an extensive discovery process to re-architecting the site’s navigation, Adrienne supported York University’s School of the Arts, Media, Performance & Design through a complete redesign. The mandate included:
