Adrienne is an information management consultant skilled at solving complex challenges in the digital world. She accompanies clients to align on a common vision and develop strategies to get there.

Adrienne is a bilingual knowledge and information management consultant with deep expertise in crafting organizational structures to optimize findability. She excels in defining a strategy and getting (and keeping!) everyone aligned, particularly across business, design and technology teams. Over the past 14 years, she has accompanied clients in capturing requirements and proposing solutions for digital projects, delivering content models, taxonomies and information architecture to achieve objectives.

Having spent over 10 years in management positions, Adrienne is a dynamic team leader passionate about encouraging collaboration, facilitating knowledge sharing and helping people work better and smarter. As a mentor and a coach, she has helped subject matter experts refine both work product and presentation skills, ensuring that the right message gets across to any audience – whether technical, production or executive.

Adrienne is a team player focused on pinpointing the sweet spot between user needs and business objectives in digital projects. She deftly moves between client facing and internal roles, with a knack for cultivating solid relationships across multiple disciplines.

She regularly speaks and trains on topics related to information management, governance and content strategy.

Participating in conferences as an attendee, speaker or volunteer is the perfect example of knowledge management in practice. Adrienne loves interacting with larger communities in various disciplines; most recently she has contributed to multiple events in the CMS space, as well as to select conferences under the Knowledge Management World umbrella, including Taxonomy Bootcamp and Enterprise Search & Discovery.

She has facilitated training sessions at various communications-focused events such as PSE Web and shared best practices and lessons learned in running discovery and strategy for digital projects, notably at DrupalCon.
